We are a family run business lovingly creating recipes that began as gifts for friends and family. For many years it was a hobby but as more and more people requested our sauce we realized we had something really good! The Datil pepper has been a staple in the lives of Minorcans living in St. Augustine for centuries so we named our company after the culture we inherited.
Since 1991, our promise to you is to provide high quality products using only the freshest ingredients. We grow and cook locally and always in small batches to insure consistency.
